Cell walls of yeast

Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Cell walls of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (MOS).

Consist of polysaccharides chains of complex structure, mainly beta-glucans and a small amount of chitin.

Yeast cell wall polysaccharides are pathogens with favorable immunomodulatory activity of beta glucans and mannanoligosaccharides. MOS prevent colonization of pathogens in the intestine, increase resistance to microbial infections. The use of the product provides reliable results, thereby reducing the consumption of antibiotics, improving the feed conversion rate.
